Annette Berger, Brokerage Manager for Sotheby's International Realty's Westlake Village and Channel Islands offices, was a top-producing agent exclusively in the Conejo and San Fernando Valleys for over 20 years. She became a non-competing manager of Westlake Village in May 2010 and Channel Islands in December 2010. Annette leads both offices, with 35 experienced full-time agents who specialize in the beach area, estates, homes and condominiums throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
